If you are not happy with your purchase or there is a fault you have 14 days from the date you received the item to return it.
You should send an e-mail to the address on the invoice or via my contact page, saying why you are returning the item and date and method of sending. Items should be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. This enables you to track the delivery and has adequate compensation levels should the item be lost.
Postage fees will be refunded if the item is returned because it is faulty but if you are returning the item for other reasons you must bear the cost of postage.Faulty items will be refunded or where possible replaced with similar items within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
All items returned should be in their original packaging, unworn.
Please note , personalised items or bespoke commissions are not eligible for return unless faulty.
